I redesigned the discovery and engagement features of the app, including the home screens, search functionality, category navigation, product cards, and product detail pages.

We conducted a usability study with Carrefour customers using a clickable protorype to validate our designs and ensure the new shopping experience was seamless and engaging. Our business objectives included improving CTR and conversion rates. We also introduced new features on the PDP, including product variants and payment options.


Designing a dedicated home screen for each delivery proposition, we used same components with different ordering depending on the selected tab.
